What We Hold, and Where

The Licence, Stated Once
EU9 holds a Curacao gaming licence. No Malaysian authority issues a licence for an online casino, so none is claimed here. The licence covers the operation of certified builds, the separation of player funds, and a route for a complaint to go above us.

Who Tests What We Run
Each studio submits its titles to an independent laboratory before we are allowed to run them. iTech Labs and BMM between them test the random number generators and verify that a published return matches what a game does over a large sample.
That is why the 96.4% average on the slot shelf and the house edges at the live dealer tables are figures rather than claims: 1.06% on baccarat banker, under 1% on blackjack to the standard chart, 2.70% on single-zero roulette. The labels are on the tiles, before you sit.
Who Answers, and How Fast
